Online Store
I worked with a small-batch bakery in Rochester, NY to launch their Square online store. The online order process was designed to streamline holiday pre-orders year-round and make it easier for customers to order larger quantities of their most in-demand baked goods.
I built a streamlined pre-ordering system for their top-selling goods. Customers could confidently secure large quantities in advance, while the bakery gained better visibility into weekly production.
Each listing included clear pickup windows, accurate turnaround times, and automated updates. The backend was simple and intuitive for staff to manage.
The business wanted a minimal, straightforward website. After exploring several design directions, we selected a clean, product-focused aesthetic that emphasizes texture and detail without causing distraction.

Social Media + Branding
During my time there, I also worked on refining their social media aesthetic and ensuring consistency across posts. After gaining a clear understanding of the business’s overall visual identity, we finalized the following design template: a modern, recognizable visual system that is easy to read and can be easily consistent across all platforms. It incorporates the same font used in their logo, the pre-existing color palette from their website, eye-catching photography, and a design style that reflects the look and feel of their physical bakery.
